2013 Outdoor Season:  Turned in a personal-best time of 1:07.45 to finish 13th in the 400m at the Hendrix Invitational (April 20)… Finished 36th with a personal-best time of 2:30.87 in the 800m at the Ole Miss Invite (April 13)… Ran the 1500m with a personal-best time of 5:32.77 to finish 17that the UCA Open (March 29)… Ran the mile with a personal-best mark of 5:44.79 to finish 11th at the Rhodes Open (March 16)...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for maintaining a GPA above 3.5.

2012-2013 Indoor Season:  Ran the 800m with a season-best time of 2:33.47 to finish ninth at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic (Dec. 2).

2012 Cross Country Season:  Ran a season-best in the 5k with a time of 21:16.8 to finish 69th at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (Oct. 27)… Ran the 6k in a season-best time of 28:02.8 to finish 317th at the Chili Pepper Festival (Oct. 13).

High School: Ran for head coach Richard Edman at Rudbecksskolan in Sollentuna ... Captured the 5A National Championship in the 800m in 2010 ... Also captured National Championshps in the 1500m and 3000m.
