2006 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded personal best at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Meet in the 800 meters in the prelims with a time of 1:52.62 ranking him seventh in the Sun Belt and third in UALR Top Ten Outdoor Performances and in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:57.20 ranking him eighth in the Sun Belt and in the UALR Top Ten Outdoor Performances...Set the new stadium record at the Arkansas State High Performance and Opportunity Meet winning the 5000 meters with a time of 16:39.21.

2006 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded highest finish of first place in the mile at the ASU Kickoff Klassic in a time of 4:32.15...Placed first in the Distance Medley Relay at the ASU Kickoff Klassic with Ryan Garvin, Niclas Hesselgren, and Courtney Green with a time of 10:41.83...Recorded personal best in the mile at the Saluki Booster in a time of 4:20.70 which ranks him seventh in UALR Indoor Track Records...Placed seventh at the Sun Belt Conference Meet in the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.63 ranking him fifth in UALR Indoor Track Records.

2005 Cross Country Season:  Recorded fastest time for the 10K at the Chile Pepper Invitational with a time of 33:47.6 ranking him 19^th in UALR Cross Country Records for the 10,000 meters...Recorded highest finish at the Arkansas State Cross Country Invitational with a time of 27:29.00 for an 11^th place finish...Finished 12^th at the UALR Open with a time of 27:00.43, his fastest of the season for an 8K course, and helped his team to a first place finish...Competed in the Memphis Twilight Cross Country Classic in 21:12.24 over four miles and in the Sun Belt Conference Championships finishing with a time of 27:54.59 helping his team to a fifth place finish.
