2010 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded season-high and highest finish in the 10,000-meter run at the Sun Belt Championships placing ninth in 38:42.26…Recorded season-high and highest finish in the 5,000-meter run at the Rhodes College Open placing sixth in 18:12.77…Recorded season-high and highest finish in the 1,500-meter run at the ULM Warhawk Classic placing sixth in 5:02.39…Also recorded 5,000 meter times of 18:18.85 for seventh place at the Ole Miss Invite and 18:23.89 for tenth at the SBC Championships…Recorded a time of 5:07.29 in the 1,500 meters at the UCA Relays…Named ESPN The Magazine First Team Academic All-America and First Team Academic All-District…Graduated in May with a 4.00 grade point average in economics.

2010 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded a season-high time of 18:25.60 for 15th place in the 5,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic…Recorded highest finish in the 5,000 meters at the Arkansas State Invitational placing second in 18:48.49…Recorded a time of 18:36.51 for 14th place in the 5,000 meters at the Sun Belt Championships.

2009 Outdoor Track Season:  Redshirted...Named ESPN The Magazine Third Team Academic All-America and First Team Academic All-District.

2009 Indoor Track Season:  Fourth leg of distance medley relay team placed third at the Sun Belt Championships in 12:28.77 ranking them fourth in the Sun Belt and ten in UALR career records...Recorded career-high in the 3,000-meter run at the McDonald’s Invitational placing second in 10:01.29 ranking her second in UALR career records and sixth in the Sun Belt...Recorded highest finish in the 3,000 meters winning the event at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic in 10:15.06...Recorded season-high and highest finish in the mile at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic placing third in 5:19.02...Recorded season-high in the 5,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic placing ninth in 17:04.00 ranking her second in the Sun Belt...Recorded highest finish in the 5,000 meters at the Sun Belt Championships placing third in 17:29.21...Also recorded sixth place finish at SBC Championships in the 3,000 meters in 10:08.58.

2008 Cross Country Season:  Became the first male or female UALR cross country runner to receive ten career Sun Belt Conference Runner of the Week honors including four this season after every meet she participated in...Became the first female UALR cross country athlete and tied Kristen Kellar in the men’s for fourth All-Sun Belt honors after placing third at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in 17:53.70 for the 5K and helping the Trojan to a third place finish...Became the first male or female UALR cross country runner to receive four NCAA All-Region honors after placing 24th out of 120 runners at the NCAA South Central Regional in 21:43.4 for the 6K, a season-high...Recorded a season-high in the 5K at the UALR Open winning the event in 17:22.67...Placed first at the Arkansas Tech Twilight recording a time of 11:07 for the two  mile course and helping the women’s team to a first place finish...Won the SLC Pre-Conference Meet 6K in 22:02.00...Placed fourth out of275 runners at the Brooks Memphis Twilight recording a time of 18:03.28 for the 5K.

2007 Cross Country Season:  Became the first UALR cross country athlete male or female to receive three NCAA All-South Central Region honors after placing 12th at the 6K meet with a time of 21:17.9 out of 120 runners...Tied the all-time All-Sun Belt honors received by a female cross country athlete earning her third straight at the Sun Belt Championships placing second over the 5K course with a time of 17:37.83...Recorded season high in the 5K at the Brooks Memphis Twilight Invitational winning the event out of 341 runners with a time of 17:22.19 and earning Sun Belt Conference Runner of the Week honors...Won her second straight UALR Open 5K with a time of 17:32.38 earning SBC Runner of the Week honors...Placed second at the Arkansas Tech Twilight Run 4K with a time of 11:08.13...Became the first UALR cross country athlete male or female to receive six career Sun Belt Conference Runner of the Week honors...Earned United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Cross Country Team honors...Earned first team ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District honors.

2007 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded season best in the 10,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational recording a time of 35:33.70 ranking her first in the Sun Belt Conference...Won the 10,000 meters at the SBC Championships with a time of 35:51.53...Recorded season best in the 5,000 meters at the SBC Championships placing second in 17:22.25...Recorded highest finish in the 5,000 meters at the Warhawk Classic winning the event in 17:42.19...Recorded season best in the 3,000 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational winning the event in 10:14.25...Recorded season best in the 1,500 meters at the Rhodes College Open placing seventh in 4:52.33...Named to the ESPN The Magazine second team Academic All-District...Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List for academic excellence.

2007 Indoor Track Season:  Two-time Sun Belt Conference Track Performer of the Week Recorded season best in the 5,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic placing seventh in 16:58.43 ranking her first in UALR career records and in the Sun Belt...Won the 5,000 meters at the SBC Championships in a time of 18:06.24...Recorded season best in the 3,000 meters winning the event at the Saluki Booster in 10:07.21 ranking her third in UALR career records...Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the SBC Championships in 10:09.42...Recorded season best in the Mile at the ASU Kickoff Klassic placing second in 5:14.82.

 

2006 Cross Country Season:  Became the first cross country runner in school history to garner four Sun Belt Conference Runner of the Week honors in one season...Placed first in every meet but two and was the top Trojan finisher in every meet...Named Sun Belt Conference Performer of the Year after winning the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a time of 17:21.13 over the 5K course...Earned second straight NCAA South Central All-Region team honor after placing 21st out of 108 runner and recorded a time of 21:24.6 over the 6K course...Recorded personal best in the 5K at the Brooks Memphis Twilight placing 1st out of 192 runners with a time of 17:18.77...This time ranks her first in UALR all-time records for the 5K...Recorded personal best in the 6K at the Chile Pepper Invitational placing 26th out of 349 runners with a time of 21:07.8...This times ranks her first in UALR all-time records for the 6K.

 

2006 Outdoor Track Season:  Placed first and second in every event this season...Recorded personal bests at the Sun Belt Conference Championship in the 5000 meters placing second with a time of 17:11.52 ranking her second in UALR Top Ten Outdoor Performances and in the Sun Belt and in the 10,000 meters placing second in a time of 35:31.66 ranking her first in UALR Top Ten Outdoor Performances and second in the Sun Belt...Placed first in the 5000 meters at the Ole Miss Dual Meet (17:32.57), the TCU Invitational (17:19.28), and at the Arkansas State High Performance and Opportunity Meet (19:01.40) where she set the new stadium record. 

 

2006 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded personal best in the 5,000 meters finishing in second place at the Sun Belt Conference Meet with a time of 17:41.43 ranking her first in UALR Indoor Track Records...Recorded personal best in the 3,000 meters at the Saluki Booster with a third place finish in a time of 10:26.25 ranking her eighth in UALR Indoor Track Records and sixth in the SBC...Placed third in the mile at the ASU Kickoff Klassic with a time of 5:27.94.

 

2005 Cross Country Season:  The 2005 Sun  Belt Conference Freshman of the Year recorded highest finish of third place at the SAU Cross Country Meet in a time of 18:03 and helping lead her team to a first place finish...Recorded a time of 18:51.81 over the 5K course at the UALR Open placing fifth and helping her team to a first place finish...Placed fourth at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in a time of 17:57.37 helping her team to the title and placing her fifth in UALR records for the 5,000 meters...At the NCAA Division I South Central Regional, she placed 18th barely missing the cut to nationals with a time of 21:58.50...This time places her second in UALR 6,000 meters records and earned her NCAA All-Region honors...Competed in the Memphis Twilight Cross Country Meet placing 24th in 18:24.50 and the Chile Pepper Invitational finishing in 22:29.0...Competed in the USA Cross Country Championships where she finished 23rd with a time of 22:15 over the 6K course.

 

High School:  A three time all-state recipient in cross country, Kerth earned all-state in track her senior year in the 1500 meters and the 3200 meters...Personal best in 3200 meters (11:56) and 5K (20:10)...Graduated Valedictorian of her class.

 

Personal: Born June 23, 1987, in St. Louis, Mo. ... Daughter of Todd and Kelly Frantz...Has one brother, Barrett, who competes on the UALR cross country and track and field teams...Majoring in Economics.
