Anthony Frank was named Associate Athletics Director for Facilities and Operations at Little Rock in May 2026.

Frank comes to Little Rock from the University of Idaho, where he served as Athletic Events Manager since 2023. He oversaw event management and facility operations for football, soccer, volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, tennis and track and field while coordinating game-day operations for the Kibbie Dome, ICCU Arena and Memorial Gym.

In addition to managing facility scheduling, event operations and visiting team services, Frank gained extensive postseason experience, serving as Game Management Lead for the 2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament First and Second Rounds in Spokane and the 2025 NCAA Women’s Basketball Sweet 16 and Elite Eight.

Prior to Idaho, Frank served as Athletic Operations and Events Graduate Assistant at Detroit Mercy and held operations roles with Detroit City FC, Fort Wayne FC and the World Baseball Academy.

Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Indiana Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Athletic Administration from Idaho State University. A former student-athlete, he was a three-time NAIA Cross Country National Qualifier and a two-time NAIA Track and Field National Qualifier.
