Danny Strohm was named Assistant AD for Sports Performance and Strength and Conditioning at Little Rock in April 2026, bringing a wealth of experience working with high-level Division I programs and student-athlete development.
Strohm comes to Little Rock after serving as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Georgia Southern for two years. There he worked with men’s basketball, men’s golf and rifle.
Prior to his time in Statesboro, Strohm served as the Interim Director of Strength & Conditioning at Southeast Missouri State, working primarily with the Redhawks’ men’s basketball, baseball and volleyball programs. During his tenure, he helped guide the men’s basketball team to its first NCAA Tournament appearance in 20 years and just the second in program history. He also was part of a baseball staff that recorded a signature postseason victory, eliminating nationally ranked Arkansas from NCAA Regional play.
Before SEMO, Strohm spent a year at Northern Iowa as Director of Basketball Performance, overseeing all aspects of strength and conditioning for the Panthers’ men’s basketball program. His experience also includes stops at Kansas State, Saint Louis and SIUE, in addition to time in the private sector with ProForce in Cincinnati.
Throughout his career, Strohm has assisted in the development of 12 student-athletes who have gone on to play professionally, emphasizing performance, durability and long-term athletic development.
A former collegiate baseball standout, Strohm played at Webster University where he earned Rawlings Gold Glove honors at second base while helping lead the Gorloks to the College World Series.
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Strohm holds numerous certifications, including CSCS, USAW, FMS, PRI and PES. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Webster University and a master’s degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
