Kim Sitzmann returned to her alma mater in August 2025 to make her collegiate coaching debut, stepping into the role of Assistant Coach and Director of Operations and Player Development.

One of the most decorated players in program history, Sitzmann graduated in 2010 as the Trojans’ third-leading scorer with 1,514 career points. She remains the program’s all-time leader in three-pointers made (215) and steals (243), while ranking second all-time in assists (430). A three-time All-Sun Belt Conference selection and the 2007 SBC Freshman of the Year, Sitzmann was also named to Little Rock’s 20th Anniversary Team in 2019. She joins fellow Trojan greats Alicia Cash and Chastity Reed on the coaching staff—Reed and Sitzmann were teammates on the 2010 squad that upset Georgia Tech in the NCAA Tournament.

Before returning to Little Rock, Sitzmann spent seven seasons leading the varsity program at Searcy High School, where she guided the Lions to consistent success. In 2023–24, her squad advanced to the second round of the Class 5A State Tournament, falling to eventual state champion Greenwood. Sitzmann originally joined Searcy as junior high head coach, immediately making an impact by capturing the school’s first conference title in 17 years.

After her collegiate career, Sitzmann - a Cabot, Arkansas native - spent time in training camp with the WNBA’s Tulsa Shock before playing four professional seasons overseas, including two years in Australia where she won a league championship.
