Nicky Spades is in his first year as General Manager of Ticket Sales and Operations.

Spades joined the Little Rock Trojans in April 2025 as with multiple years of experience in college athletics. 

A native of Edina, Minnesota, Nicky earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration from the University of Mississippi in 2022. Shortly after graduation, he began his career with the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation as Outbound Sales Manager before being promoted to Assistant Director - becoming the second-youngest individual to hold that role in program history.

In 2024, Nicky moved to the University of Central Arkansas, where he served as Director of Sales for Corporate Partnerships prior to joining the Trojans.

Nicky resides in Little Rock with his girlfriend, Kieran Guyman.
