Ivanka Davidova led the team with 10 kills, while Anelia Petrova knocked down seven.
Ana Carolina Buccini led the Trojans in digs with 22.
For the Tigers, Jessica Vander Kooi recorded a double-double knocking down a match high of 20 kills and recording 19 digs, while Nicole Wilson recorded 11 kills.
Tatum Ailes led Missouri in digs with 23.
In game one, both team battle back and forth for the lead until Missouri rallied from a 6-3 deficit to score seven consecutive points to take the 10-6 advantage.
The Trojans fought back tying the score at 12 on an attack error by the Tigers.
With Missouri having the 28-23 advantage, a kill by Petrova and two service aces by Dilyana Deyanova brought the Trojans with two.
Julianna Klein knocked down a kill for the Tiger match point, but a kill by Davidova and an error by the host team inched UALR to within one.
A kill by Vander Kooi sealed the game one victory for MU.
In game two, the Tigers jumped to an early lead scoring six consecutive points for the 9-3 lead.
Missouri sustained their advantage to take the 30-21 win on a service error by the Trojans.
The Tigers took game three 30-22 recording 21 kills.
UALR travels to Waco, Texas for the Baylor Invitational on Friday. The Trojans' first match is against the University of Houston at 10 a.m.
