LR Finishes Play at Bayou City Collegiate Classic

Results

PEARLAND, Texas – Little Rock finished play at the Bayou City Collegiate Classic on Tuesday. The Trojans placed ninth overall, finishing with a team score of 882.
 
Kansas (852) earned the victory, finishing 17 strokes better than Houston (869) and UT Arlington (869), who tied for second place.
 
Little Rock finished just a shot back of eighth-place UTSA (881) and two strokes back of seventh-place Lamar (880).
 
Lamar's Mans Berglund took home individual medalist honors after finishing the tournament at 9 under par. Kansas' Charlie Hillier and UT Arlington's Zach Galliford tied for runner-up honors at 6 under par.
 
Zach Coats and George Trujillo both finished 2 over par to tie for 16^th place. Coats carded a 2-over 74 in his final round while Trujillo shot even par over the final 18 holes.
 
Logan Pate finished at 6 over par and Noah Tullos was 8 over. Brady Edwards finished at 16 over par.
 
The Trojans resume play at the Duck Commander Intercollegiate starting Sunday, Oct. 30.
