HATTIESBURG, Mo. – Little Rock finished 12
th at the Sam Hall Intercollegiate to open its 2016-17 season.
Noah Tullos was the Trojans' top finisher, ending the tournament at 2 over par.

ULM was the team champion, finishing with a team score of 8-under 844. Host Southern Miss finished in second place at 4-under 848.

Individually, UTSA's Zander Lozano took home medalist honors after finishing at 5 under par for the tournament. Zander closed with a 4-under 67 to move up nine spots in the final round. Western Kentucky's Billy Tom Sargent also finished at 5 under but lost in a playoff.

Tullos tied for 22
nd place after closing with a 1-over 72 in his final round.
Brady Edwards finished at 3 over par and tied for 28
th place after also carding a 1-over 72 on Tuesday.

George Trujillo used an even-par 71 in his final round to move six spots up the leaderboard. Trujillo finished the tournament at 8 over par and tied for 59
th place.

Competing in his first collegiate event,
Logan Pate finished at 8 over par.
Zach Coats ended the tournament at 11 over par.

The Trojans finished with a team score of 867.
