OPENING SERVE
Little Rock continues conference play on the road for the second time in as many weeks. The Trojans first stop is in Boone, North Carolina, for a 5:30 p.m. CT meeting with the Mountaineers on Friday, October 5 and concludes in Conway, South Carolina, with a 11:30 a.m. CT showdown with the Chanticleers Sunday, October 7.
CONFERENCE GOINGS
Little Rock opened Sun Belt Conference play with a pair of victories at the Jack Stephens Center defeating South Alabama 3-1, then outlasting Troy in a five-set thriller to open conference play 2-0 for the first time since 2015.

Veronica Marin this season, Little Rock ranks among the national leaders in a handful of defensive categories. The Trojans sit fourth nationally in both total blocks (187), 10
th for opponent hitting percentage (.148), ranking 12th in blocks per set (2.79) and 28th in team assists (825). Marin also paces the country in total blocks (109) and has the fourth best blocks per set average in the nation (1.63).

TRIPLE-DOUBLE LINDBERG

Taylor Lindberg has proven to be an even greater threat for Little Rock with the implementation ofÂ
Van Compton's 6-2 offensive scheme in 2018. Lindberg registered her second triple-double of the year against Troy, dishing out 35 assists with 15 kills and 15 digs in leading Little Rock to the win. She has the only two triple-doubles in the Sun Belt Conference this season while ranking fifth nationally.

Sydnee Martin each sit third in impressive categories. Lindberg ranks third in career assists at 2,719, trailing second-place Iva Adzic (2002-05) by 205 helpers heading to the Carolinas. Lindberg upped her career dig total to 1,282, moving to within 14 of Edina Begic (2011-14) for second all-time.

Through two weeks of Sun Belt Conference play, Little Rock ranks among the league leaders in a number of categories. As a team, the Trojans lead the Sun Belt in opponent hitting percentage (.148) and blocks per set (2.79), total attacks (2,373) and total blocks (187) while ranking second in digs per set (15.81), hitting percentage (0.240), assists (825), digs (1,059) and kills (869) and third in assists per set (12.31).
