North Texas (No. 65), Sam Houston State (No. 74), UT San Antonio (No. 81), Rice (No. 83), host SMU (No. 85), College of Charleston (No. 88) and New Mexico (No. 98) all finished last year among the top-100 programs as well.

Â
LAST TIME OUT
Little Rock had a strong showing in the opening event of 2018-19, tying for third among 15 teams at the Lone Star Invitational in San Antonio September 10-11. With the tournament shortened to 36 holes due to weather, the Trojans posted a 13-over 589, good enough to tie for third against a challenging field. Individually,
Justin Warren and
Aaron Ramos both recorded top-10 finishes as Warren tied for fifth with an even-par 144, two shots better than Ramos' 146, tying for 10th.
Â
LONE STAR TROJANS
Texas has been a familiar road trip for Little Rock as the Trojans compete in a handful of trips to its neighboring state annually. Since 2012-13, Little Rock has competed in 14 events in the state of Texas, finishing in the top-10 as a team in 12 of those events. The Trojans will be making their first trip to the DFW Metroplex since competing at the Jim West Intercollegiate in McKinney in 2015, tying for fourth overall.
Â
LOOKING AHEAD
After this week's trip to Texas, Little Rock will have some time off before returning to action in Florida. The Trojans' next event will be the Quail Valley Collegiate, taking place October 14-16 at Quail Valley Golf Club in Vero Beach, Florida.
