Series History
Central Arkansas has an 18-2 lead in the all-time series history but, despite only 30 miles separating the two campuses, the two teams have not met on the hardwood in the modern history of Little Rock Women's Basketball (since re-starting the program in 1999).

Five Things to Know
- Governor's Showdown
Saturday's game will be part of the Governor's I-40 Showdown presented by Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield with four critical points on the line. Little Rock and Central Arkansas compete for a trophy (and bragging rights) across 11 varsity sports. So far this year, UCA holds an 11.5 to 6.5 lead after the two schools split the men's and women's golf points.
- Just a Gleam in Their Mom's Eye
That's how old every player on the floor Saturday was when Little Rock and Central Arkansas last met. None of the student-athletes competing were alive in 1987 when the Trojans last battled the Sugar Bears. (Note: This fact only applies to players and not to the youthful looking, yet veteran Joe Foley).
- Sharp Shooter
We really don't recommend letting Kyra Collier shoot the ball against you but in the same token, she's pretty hard to stop. Collier, with a keen eye towards the goal, currently leads the Sun Belt and ranks 60th nationally with 20 field goals made early on this year.
- That's Because She's a Constant Threat
Kyra Collier is able to be such a threat and rank so highly in field goals made because it seems like she never comes off the floor. And on Wednesday night against LSU, she didn't. After logging 40 minutes of playing time against the Tigers, Collier ranks 29th nationally with an average of 38:17 playing time.
- Wake Me Up When
September November Ends
Saturday's game against Central Arkansas will be Trojan fans last chance to see Little Rock at home in the month of November. Little Rock hits the road for a pair of Conference USA opponents next week and won't play a home game again until Dec. 2 when Louisiana Tech visits the Jack Stephens Center.
