LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Fresh off of back-to-back wins including a Governor's I-40 Showdown victory over Central Arkansas, Little Rock looks to keep that momentum going this weekend as the Trojans head to the Skyhawk Invitational hosted by UT Martin.

Three Things to Know

1. There's a First Time for Everything (Part I)…
   …and that holds true for this weekend's trip. With the Trojans venturing to the Skyhawk Invitational, this will mark the first time the program has made the trip to Martin, Tennessee. But that doesn't mean the Trojans aren't familiar with the Skyhawks; the two teams are meeting for the eighth time when they face each other Saturday.
2. There's a First Time for Everything (Part II)…
   …but hopefully not the last for this. Senior Diana Giordani received her first Sun Belt weekly honor as she was named the league's Defensive Player of the Week for her performance last weekend. The Trojan libero averaged 5.25 digs per set while leading Little Rock to a pair of wins.
3. Who's Next?
   Through three early season tournaments, Little Rock has had three different players receive All-Tournament honors. Carol Barbosa (Arkansas Classic), Diana Giordani (ORU Invitational) and Laura Jansen (UCA Invitational) have all been recognized for their outstanding play. Will one of those three repeat this week or will someone new step up and lead the Trojans?
