SAN MARCOS, Texas – Nicole Medlin put down kills in the double figures for the second straight match but serving miscues and allowing late rallies prevented Little Rock from an upset bid in a 3-0 decision at No. 15 Texas State Saturday afternoon.
Â
Set scores were 25-18, 25-21 and 25-18 with all three frames featuring back-and-forth action in a match that witnessed 26 ties and 12 lead changes between Little Rock and the 15
th-ranked Bobcats (14-1, 9-0).

Medlin's 10 kills came after she recorded a career-high 13 kills last night and marks the first time in her young career she has reached double-digits in back-to-back matches.
