FOLEY, Ala. – After leading Little Rock to a semifinals appearance at the Sun Belt Tournament and averaging 4.00 kills and 3.70 digs per set in postseason play, Trojans junior
Laura Jansen has been named to the Sun Belt All-Tournament Team.

Over three matches, where Little Rock went 2-1 with wins over Louisiana and Georgia State in pool play before falling to No. 12 Coastal Carolina in the semifinals, Jansen put down 118 kills, hit .237, registered 37 digs and was credited with four blocks. In all, she scored 43 points and hit .237 on the week.

Jansen served up one ace on the week committed just 12 errors on her 118 attempts over the three matches.

The junior led the Trojans on a Cinderella-style run to the semifinals before midnight struck in the semifinal meeting against the 12
th-ranked Chanticleers. She is the first Trojan to claim Sun Belt All-Tournament honors since Edina Selimovic in 2015 while garnering the 24
th all-tournament accolade in program history.
