Little Rock Soccer Announces Exciting Spring Schedule

LITTLE ROCK – Head soccer coach Mark Foster has unveiled the spring 2021 schedule, with the Trojans currently set to play seven games over the next two months. Little Rock has several tough opponents lined up, including a match at Oklahoma State along with an exciting home season finale when Ole Miss visits the Coleman Sports Complex on April 15. Like all other athletic events this year, dates and times are subject to change.

"We are delighted to have the opportunity to get some competitive games in this spring," said Coach Foster. "The girls have been training hard and I'm looking forward to see if they can take confidence from that and take it onto the pitch on game day. This schedule is one of the toughest we've ever put together for a spring and it will be another great opportunity for us to get better. Myself and Audra felt the team was in a great place after a good showing at the Sun Belt tournament this fall and hopefully we can continue to build on that this spring. Go Trojans!"

Little Rock will kick off six straight away games this Saturday, Feb. 13 at Harding for a 1 p.m. scrimmage. The soccer program will then face off against three Division I opponents in a row, beginning with a match at UAPB, followed by a trip to Oklahoma State, and ending with a nonconference contest at Arkansas State. Due to the nature of this year, games that are not announced as scrimmages will count toward the 2020 season record.

The Trojans will have two more matches against Ouachita Baptist and Christian Brothers on March 17 and April 11, respectively, before a final homecoming on Thursday, April 15 at 4:30 p.m. against Ole Miss. Like in the fall, fans are welcome to come out and cheer on Little Rock soccer in person.
