Little Rock's busy spring continues with a trip to the Atlanta suburbs, competing at the Georgia State Panther Invitational Monday and Tuesday.

Tournament Information
The 2021 Georgia State Invitational will be held Monday, March 29 and Tuesday, March 30 at Rivermont Golf Club in Johns Creek, Georgia, a par-72, 6,075 yard course in northeast Atlanta. The 54-hole tournament will be played out with two rounds on Monday with a 7:30 a.m. CT shotgun start, followed by Tuesday's final round with a 7:30 a.m. CT shotgun start as well. Tourrnament Field
Little Rock will be among the 17-team field competing at the Panther Invitational and one of four Sun Belt teams, joined by Appalachian State, host Georgia State and South Alabama. The Trojans are one of nine teams that currently sit among the GolfStat Top-150, led by No. 66 South Alabama, No. 69 Kennesaw State and No. 94 Florida International. Xavier (No. 102), Jacksonville State (No. 117), High Point (No. 123), Georgia State (No. 136) and Wofford (No. 149) join the 144th-ranked Trojans among the field.

It will be the same five that competed in the Bama Beach Bash for Little Rock, led by
Malena Austerslaatt in the number one position with her team-best 75.41 scoring average.
Viktoria Krnacova will play the number two spot, coming off a top-20 finish in Gulf Shores.

Last Time Out
A final round 299 helped Little Rock tie for fourth among the 15-team field at the Bama Beach Bash at Gulf Shores Golf Club. Three Trojans finished among the individual top-20, led by juniorÂ
Kellie Gachaga who tied for eighth for her first career top-10 showing. FreshmanÂ
Viktoria Krnacova registered her second top-20 finish in the last three tournaments, tying for 12th at 11-over 227 following her final round 3-over 75. She was two shots better than juniorÂ
Malena Austerslaatt, who finished in sole possession of 20th at 13-over 229 with a 4-over 76 over the final 18 holes.

Back to the Peach State
This week's event will be Little Rock's second tournament of the year in the state of Georgia, competing in the Callaway Gardens Invitational in Pine Mountain to close the fall season. The Trojans finished 10th with a 49-over 901, led by
Malena Austerslaatt tying for 17th overall. The last time Little Rock competed in Georgia State's host tournament was in 2014, finishing 10th as Sofie Kvarnstrom tied for fourth individually.

Strong Showing for Viki
Freshman
Viktoria Krnacova has had a strong showing in the spring season, notching a pair of top-15 finishes. Krnacova tied for seventh at the Texas State Invitational to open the spring season, then finished tied for 12th at last week's Bama Beach Bash. She has posted a 76.00 scoring average in the spring with a low round of 70 in the final round at Texas State.

Making Strides
Little Rock continues to make strides in the second season under head coach
Jenna Wylie, especially in the spring season. The Trojans have finished in the top-eight in each of the three tournaments, including the fourth-place finish at last week's Bama Beach Bach that marked the program's best tournament showing since April of 2018. The Trojans have seen six top-20 individual finishes during the span, led by Krnacova tying for seventh at Texas State and Gachaga's eight-place tie last week in Gulf Shores.
