ATLANTIS, Bahamas – Anna Dawson and
Kellie Gachaga are among the individual top-20 as Little Rock is sixth following the opening round of the Little Rock White Sands Bahamas Invitational. The Trojans posted a 21-over 309 in round one, sitting five shots out of the top-five.

Dawson and Gachaga were the top competitors of the day for Little Rock as the duo each posted a 4-over 76, tied for 13th in the individual standings. Gachaga had a team-best three birdies with eight pars on the day with Dawson carding 12 pars and a birdie.
Katja Mueller sits third on the Trojan scorecard with a 6-over 78, tied for 24th and leading teammate
Agatha Alesson's 7-over 79 by one stroke with Alesson tied for 31st.
Viktoria Krnacova rounds out the Trojan scorecard at 8-over 80 with
Malena Austerslaatt shooting a 7-over 79 as an individual.
Little Rock's 309 is four shots better than both South Dakota State and Florida Gulf Coast (25-over 313) in a tie for third and is five shots back of fifth-place Arkansas State (16-over 304). The Trojans are six shots behind fourth-place Memphis (15-over 303).
Lipscomb holds the team lead at 3-over 291, two shots better than Central Arkansas' 5-over 293. UNC Greensboro (13-over 301) is third with the Tigers and Red Wolves sitting ahead of the Trojans in the top-five.
Saturday's second round will get underway with a 7 a.m. CT shotgun start as the Trojans will be teamed up Memphis and Arkansas State in round two, getting underway on holes six through 10. Live scoring is available at
