Trojans Split Fall Exhibition Games Against Memphis

MILLINGTON, Tenn. – Little Rock faced off against the University of Memphis yesterday in the final exhibition of the fall, playing two seven-inning games. Both games took place at the USA Stadium in Millington, Tennessee. Memphis took the first contest by a score of three to one and Little Rock came out victorious in the second with an eight to four win.
 
Notable Statistics:

• Tyler Williams: 3-for-7 with a double, home run, and two RBI
• Jake Wright: 3-for-5 with a double, home run, and four RBI

 

• Jackson Wells: Two innings pitched, no runs on no hits with five strikeouts
• Preston Davis: 1.2 innings pitched, no runs on one hit with two strikeouts
• Jacob Weatherley: One inning pitched, no runs on two hits with two strikeouts
• Austin Stubber: One inning pitched, no runs on no hits with three strikeouts
