BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Faith Lee scored a game-high 12 points, but Little Rock committed 20 turnovers for the third straight game in a 48-25 loss at Western Kentucky Sunday afternoon at E.A. Diddle Arena in Bowling Green.

The Trojans (2-6) shot just 25% from the field (11-for-44) and 25% from the free throw line (3-for-12) in the loss while getting out-rebounded 44-30.

Lee's 12 points mostly came across the second and third quarters, when she was a combined 5-for-7 over that span. She finished the game 6 of 10 from the field with four rebounds.

Jaiyah Harris-Smith recorded a career-high four steals in the game, accounting for a fifth of Western Kentucky's 20 turnovers.

Little Rock came as close as cutting the deficit to seven in the third quarter before the Hilltoppers would end the quarter on a 10-0 run.

WKU (2-6) shot 33% from the field and were led by 11 points from Teresa Faustino, six of which came in the fourth quarter. The Hilltoppers finished the game with a 23-4 advantage from points off the bench with 10 different WKU players scoring in the game.

The Trojans were whistled 19 times in the game compared to WKU's nine fouls called.

Little Rock returns to action on Thursday evening with a 6 p.m. tip-off at Alabama.
