A native of Little Rock, Maize joins host Trey Schaap to tell just how close to campus he grew up and what exactly his job title entails. He discusses how he got started in collegiate athletics and how that initial career path very quickly changed. Maize explains how he quickly navigated the path from intern to Deputy AD, on what his career goals include and what his experience was like and what he learned at the NCAA Leadership Institute.
