The Little Rock women's basketball team finishes a two-game trip into Missouri on Saturday, facing off with Lindenwood for the Trojans' final road contest of the regular season. The game will tip-off at 1 pm inside Hyland Arena in St. Charles, Mo. and can be streamed on ESPN+ as well as heard on Sports Animal 920 AM.

THE MATCHUP
Little Rock (10-16 overall, 9-6 OVC) is 3-0 all-time against the Lions (6-19, 4-11), including a 50-45 win over Lindenwood last month in Little Rock. This will be just the second meeting between the teams in St. Charles.

A LOOK AT THE LIONS
Lindenwood ranks sixth in offense (65.9) and ninth in defense (70.5) among OVC teams. They rank third in field goal percentage (42.5) but dead last in free throw percentage (63.3) while also allowing the highest shooting percentage defensively (47.2). The Lions also rank third in steals (9.5) and tie for first in turnover margin (+4.21). Individually, Ellie Brueggemann ranks 10
th in scoring (14.3) and Makayla Wallace is seventh in assists (3.7) and first in steals (3.6).

OVC OUTLOOK
Thursday's games did nothing to sort through the mess that is the five teams ranked 2-6 in the current standings. Southern Indiana (14-1) has locked up the top seed but following USI is Eastern Illinois (10-5), Tennessee Tech (9-6), UT Martin (9-6), Little Rock (9-6) and Morehead State (9-7), separated by just 1.5 games with three to play.
