Little Rock Women's Basketball looks to keep building momentum and get its 6th straight win with a trip to Cookeville, Tennessee to face Tennessee Tech on Saturday.
The Trojans (8-8, 6-1 OVC) are set to face the Golden Eagles (11-5, 5-2 OVC) with a 1:00 p.m. tip-off at the Eblen Center. The game can be heard on The Sports Animal 920 AM with Trey Schaap on the call and will also be live-streamed on ESPN+.

The Trojans faced a tough early season, going 2-7 against nonconference opponents. But since the start of Ohio Valley Conference play, Little Rock has found its spark. Sug Williams has been on the sneak attack in conference play. Williams recorded her third double-double of the season with 11 points and 11 rebounds in Tuesday's win over SEMO. Williams leads the Little Rock guards in rebounds, averaging 6.4 against OVC opponents. She also averages 10.7 points in conference play.

The series between the Trojans and Golden Eagles favors Little Rock 4-1. Little Rock defeated Tennessee Tech in the last outing on March 2, 2024, 72-69 in overtime action at the Jack Stephens Center.

Tech was led by Reghan Grimes with 16 points, followed by Anna Walker with 15 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. Tech has three double-digit scorers in Reghan Grimes (12.6), Peyton Carter (11.3), and Chloe Larry (11.1). Anna Walker leads the team in rebounds with a 6.9 average and in blocks with 27 on the season.
