After a long road stretch, the Little Rock women's basketball team is happy to be home. The Trojans added another tick to the win column Thursday, as they defeated Tennessee State, sweeping the season series. Little Rock (10-10, 8-3) now turns its attention to UT Martin (8-14, 5-6), who they defeated earlier in the season.

LAST TIME OUT
After a tough fourth quarter, the Trojans pulled out a 65-60 win over Tennessee State Thursday with a double-double performance by
Emerald Parker. Parker led Little Rock with 16 points and 12 rebounds. The Trojans held the Tigers to just 38.3% shooting from the field and 13.3% from behind the arc. Little Rock grabbed 39 total rebounds.
DOUBLE TROUBLE
The strong Trojan defense has had tremendous help on the offensive side.
Faith Lee averages 16 points per game, while
Jordan Holman averages 12.5. Although they are the only two Trojans averaging double digits, four players have had multiple double-figure games this season. Lee leads the pack, scoring double-digits in 18 games this year. Holman follows with 13 double-figure games.
Sug Williams has had 11 double-figure games with three double-doubles.
Emerald Parker has had a impactful debut season, with eight double-digit games and three double doubles.
RECORD WATCH
With
Faith Lee averaging 16 points per game, she is looking to break into the Top 10 of all-time Little Rock scoring leaders. In just her junior season, Lee sits at 1,022 career points and needs just 120 to break into the Top 10.
THE SERIES
The series between the Trojans and Skyhawks is tied 5-5. Little Rock got the last win earlier this season, as they visited Martin, Tenn., on Jan. 2. Lee led the team with 26 points in the 66-61 win.
FIRST LOOK: UT Martin
In the first matchup this season, Little Rock couldn't find the lead until the final quarter. UT Martin's Anaya Brown led the Skyhawks with 16 points. Brown leads the team in scoring, averaging 13.5 points per game. She became the 18
th member of UTM's 1,000-point club on Thursday.
In UTM's game Thursday against Southeast Missouri, Kenley McCarn, a Melbourne High School product, led the team with 23 points and 3 rebounds. The Skyhawks limited their turnovers to just 11, while forcing 24.
