One week into conference play, Little Rock had successfully navigated its way past two opponents and will look to get past a third this weekend when the Trojans return home to host Tennessee State on Friday and Saturday at the Jack Stephens Center. Friday's match is scheduled for 6 p.m., while Saturday's afternoon match will begin at 2 p.m. Both contests are available on ESPN+.

Little Rock improved to 2-0 in OVC play on Tuesday night with a sweep of UT Martin at the Skyhawk Fieldhouse – the Trojans' fifth consecutive win over UTM. Little Rock hit .257 in the match and stifled UT Martin to just .037 on its own attack.
Bella Cherry hit .500 and led all players with 13 kills.Â

Andrea Roman, and
Jaycee Kennedy are among the OVC leaders in individual statistical categories entering the weekend. Margaritha ranks second in hitting percentage (.337), Roman leads the OVC in digs (275), and Kennedy ranks sixth in blocks (47). As a team, Little Rock boasts the best hitting defense in the OVC.
