Trojan Women Start Three-Game Road Trip at Tennessee State

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Thanks to Mother Nature, a two-game road trip to Tennessee has turned into three for the Trojans.
Little Rock opens the trip Thursday at Tennessee State (3-16, 2-7) with a 5 p.m. tip. The Trojans will then continue east along Interstate 40 to face Tennessee Tech on Saturday.
Little Rock will return home briefly before heading back to the Volunteer State for a makeup game at UT Martin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

• Little Rock has not played in a week after its game last Saturday against UT Martin was postponed to next Tuesday.
• The Trojans sit sixth in the OVC at 5-4, just behind UT Martin (6-3), Morehead State (7-3), and Lindenwood (7-3).
• Sophomore guard Brenna Burk scored 13 points in a loss to SEMO last week, her highest output since a career-high 21 at Morehead State on Dec. 16.
• Graduate Jordan Holman is tied for second in the OVC in scoring with Southern Indiana's Ali Saunders.

SCOUTING THE TIGERS
• Tennessee State has lost seven of its past eight games, with its lone win coming against Morehead State (70-63) on Jan. 15.
• The Tigers dropped road games last week to SIUE, 63-41, and Lindenwood, 91-58.
• TSU ranks last in the OVC in scoring defense, allowing 77.1 points per game.
• Aaniyah Webb leads Tennessee State with 11.3 points and 3.1 rebounds per game.
