"It's great to see Ed be rewarded for his strong play against an elite field this past week at Stanford," Little Rock head coach
Austin Eoff said. "He's put together a really solid season, and we're excited to see what the next stretch brings for him."
Featherstone credited his preparation and consistency throughout the week.
"I felt really comfortable with my game and stayed patient throughout the tournament," Featherstone said. "It's always great to compete against that level of field, and I'm looking forward to building on this moving forward."
Featherstone's consistency and ability to score in a high-level field played a key role in Little Rock's performance, continuing a strong stretch of play for the Trojans this spring. The honor marks a significant milestone for the sophomore and adds to Little Rock's momentum as the team approaches postseason competition.
