Ray Kuhlman joined the Little Rock Athletic Department as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in 2025. His primary sport for the Trojans is Women’s Basketball.
A Kansas native, Kuhlman earned his Master’s in Athletic Training from Kansas State University, where he gained extensive experience working in collegiate athletics. During his time at K-State, he assisted with football fall camp and worked closely with the men’s basketball program, where he assisted with injury prevention, evaluation, and performed treatments and rehabilitation of student-athletes throughout practices and competitions. In addition to his experience at the Division I level, Kuhlman completed multiple clinical rotations as an athletic trainer at community colleges and high schools, further developing his hands-on skills across a variety of athletic settings.
Ray Kuhlman relocated to Little Rock with his fiancée, Meehlia, and their German Shepherd puppy, Brouk.
