LITTLE ROCK – With only five home games left this season, Little Rock baseball will play its next-to-last midweek game against Northwestern State on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m., at
Gary Hogan Field.

Tuesday will be the 40th all-time meeting between the Trojans and Demons. The last time Little Rock faced Northwestern State was 11 years ago in April of 2006. The Demons have a 23-16 lead in the all-time series against the Trojans. The last year they faced one another, Little Rock and Northwestern State split the season's two-game series. The Demons come into Tuesday night's game with seven wins in the last eight meetings with the Trojans.

Little Rock will start right-hander
Carter Brown (2-1) on Tuesday night. The freshman will be making his 12th appearance and seventh start this season. He currently has the third-lowest batting average against on the team at .205.

Northwestern State will start right-hander Tim Winders (1-4). Winders has an ERA of 7.58 in 29.2 innings while opponents are hitting .393 against him this season.
