Aaron Ramos set a new career-low, posting a 5-under 211 and tying for seventh at the Quail Valley Intercollegiate. His effort helped pace Little Rock to a 10th-place finish as the Trojans shoot a 6-over 870, including an even-par 288 over the final 18 holes.

Entering the day tied for 19th, Ramos posted one of the largest movements of the day as he cards a career-best 4-under 68 over the final 18 holes. The Goodyear, Arizona native didn't record a single bogey on the day, registering birdies on holes three four, 14 and 17 to notch his second top-10 finish of the season.
One player that vaulted more spots than Ramos over the final round was teammate
Justin Warren, who matched his 4-under 68 to jump 17 spots and finish tied for 17th, his third top-20 showing of the season. Similar to Ramos, Warren didn't notch a single bogey on the day, registering birdies on holes four, seven, eight and 14 to record the 68, his sixth sub-par round of the season and his third in the 60s.
The duo helped pace the Trojans to an even-par 288 over the final round, the third-lowest round of the season for Little Rock. The 288 was the seventh-lowest among the 16-team field over the final 18 holes, giving the Trojans three-straight top-10 team showings on the year
Sophomore
Marcel Rauch placed third on the Little Rock scorecard with a 7-over 223, shooting an 8-over 80 over the final round. Junior
Logan Pate notched an even-par 72 over his final round, placing fourth among the Trojans at 9-over 225 with sophomore
Tiago Lobo rounding out the scorecard with a 19-over 235, including an 8-over 80 over the final round.
Entering the day in 10th place, Little Rock held its ground, holding off Sam Houston State (7-over 871) by one shot to secure the top-10 finish. The Trojans finished three shots back of Sun Belt Conference foe ULM (3-over 867), settling in four shots back of eighth-place Notre Dame (2-over 866) and five shots behind seventh-place Maryland (1-over 865).
North Florida captured the team title with a 30-under 834, holding off South Florida (29-under 835) by one shot in the final standings. Arkansas State (26-under 838) placed third with Memphis (4-under 860), Jacksonville (2-under 862) and Michigan State (Even-par 864) finishing the event at par-or-better.
Little Rock will now get its opportunity to be the "home team," serving as the host of next week's Little Rock Invitational at Chenal Country Club. The tournament will feature 36 holes on Monday, October 22, and 18 holes on Tuesday, October 23, as the Trojans will welcome 16 schools to central Arkansas and will seek to defend its tournament titles in each of the past two seasons.
