LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock and the rest of the field made it through roughly 34 of the scheduled 36 holes Monday at Chenal Country Club, but darkness forced the suspension of play at the Little Rock Invitational late in round two.

Play will resume with the conclusion of round two Tuesday morning at 7:45, with the round expected to be completed by 8:45 a.m. The teams will then take a 45 minute break to determine the final round groupings and have the greens re-cut with the final round expected to get underway at 9:30 a.m.
With only one official round complete, Little Rock ranked 12th among the 17-team field with a 14-over 302. But the Trojans had regrouped over the afternoon round with Little Rock unofficially moving up to sixth at 4-under when play was halted.
After 18 holes of play,
Aaron Ramos led Little Rock with a 2-over 74, sitting tied for 22nd overall. He finished round one one shot better than
Logan Pate's 3-over 75 as Pate sat tied for 34th.
The Trojan scores continued in succession as Pate was followed by
Danial Durisic's 4-over 76,
Justin Warren's 5-over 77 and a 6-over 78 from
Marcel Rauch. Little Rock did have a pair of golfers compete as individuals, led by a 2-over 74 from
Devon Whitaker and a 4-over 76 from
Tiago Lobo.
With the round one scores officially entered, UNLV and Lamar held the team lead at 1-over 289, leading third-place Illinois State (2-over 290) by one stroke. Seattle (4-over 292), Eastern Kentucky (5-over 293) and ULM (6-over 294) round out the top six with seven shots separating Little Rock from seventh-place Arizona (7-over 295).
