LITTLE ROCK - Angelique Francis signed with the Little Rock Women's Basketball team as a part of the 2019 signing class, Head Coach
Joe Foley announced today.

"Angelique is a very strong and athletic player," Foley said. "She has a chance to be a very good defensive player for us with her athleticism and strength. She is a high energy player that will help us on both sides of the court with her intensity and ability to make plays."

Francis averaged eight points per game, seven rebounds per game and one block, assist and steal for MacArthur High School in Irving, Texas.

"With Angelique's athleticism and work ethic, she will make an immediate impact at Little Rock," MacArthur High School Head Coach Suzie Oelschlegel said.

Francis was also a member of the golf team, winning the district title in back-to-back years.
