LITTLE ROCK - The Little Rock wrestling team is kicking off the New Year the way they do best, competing at the Southern Scuffle in Chattanooga, Tennessee on January 1 and 2. The Southern Scuffle, presented by Compound Sportswear, is an annual Division I tournament that features national champions, All-Americans and dozens of student-athletes who had previously qualified for the 2019 NCAA Tournament.
"We have come a long way since the beginning of the year," said head coach Neil Erisman. "This is another great test for us and I'm looking for us to continue to make huge strides this week. This will be a lot of competition here that we will see at the end of the year and we're excited to see how we stack up."
