Little Rock is currently 7-18 (2-4 Sun Belt) after a midweek loss to Oral Roberts. The Trojans played their third extra innings affair in their last four games but fell 4-3 when the Golden Eagles walked it off in the 10
th inning.

Gann's Power Surge
James Gann has blasted six home runs in his last 11 games. During that span, the senior has racked up seven multi-hit games, including two three-hit performances. Gann is currently leading the team in RBI (19) and slugging percentage (.603) despite only having 73 at-bats on the year. He is also one of two Trojans hitting above the .300-mark, sitting at .301.

Scouting Georgia State
The Panthers come into this weekend's series with a 7-17 record (2-4 Sun Belt) in 24 games. Georgia State has lost four straight contests and are coming off a series loss to UT Arlington and a midweek defeat at Georgia. The Panthers have posted a .253 team batting average with 11 home runs. Griffin Cheney and Brandon Bell are the only Panthers above the .300 mark. Their pitching staff has struggled this season, posting a 5.99 team ERA to this point. Trey Horton has been their most effective starter, as he has posted a 3.38 ERA in six starts on the mound.

Midweek Matchup
After this conference series, the Trojans will travel to Fayetteville, Ark. to meet No. 8 Arkansas in a single midweek game on Tuesday. First pitch with the SEC opponent is set for 6:30 p.m. on April 2.
