Justin Warren's 7-under 137 to sit tied for second, as Little Rock is fourth among the 15-team field after day one of the Old Waverly Collegiate Championship.

Little Rock posted a 13-under 563 through Monday's 36 holes, sitting one shot back of third-place Ole Miss (14-under 562) and two strokes behind second-place Vanderbilt (15-under 278), the nation's fourth-ranked team. The Trojans were second after round one with an 8-under 280, then posted a 5-under 283 in the afternoon round.
The charge was led by Warren's 137, beginning with his 4-under 68 in round one – a round which saw him register birdies on four of the first nine holes. The Picton, Australia native then responded with a 3-under 69 in the afternoon round, highlighted by an eagle on his final hole, to give him the 137, sitting one shot off the individual lead.
Warren was joined in the top-20 by freshman
Anton Albers, who is tied for 12th with a 4-under 140. Albers began with a 1-under 71 in the morning round, including an eagle on the par-five 15th, then went even lower with a 3-under 69 in the afternoon round. That effort was highlighted by Albers' first career hole-in-one, connecting from 151 yards out on the par-three third hole, sandwiched by 10 pars on either side.
Logan Pate also sits among the individual top-20 for the Trojans, posting a 3-under 141 over the opening 36 holes to sit tied for 16th overall. Pate began the tournament with a 2-under 70 in the opening round, then posted a 1-under 71 in round two with 13-straight pars to keep the junior in contention.
Sophomore
Aaron Ramos is tied for 36th individual at 1-over 145, posting a 1-under 71 in round one before a 3-over 74 in round two. Junior
Danial Durisic rounds out the Trpojan scorecard with a 10-over 154, recovering from an opening round 7-over 79 to post a 3-over 75 in the afternoon stanza.
The Trojans sit in prime position heading into Tuesday's final 18 holes, two shots within second place and leading fifth-place Middle Tennessee (10-under 566) by three shots. ULM holds the team lead at 22-under 554 with host Mississippi State sitting sixth at 8-under 568.
Tuesday's final round will begin with Little Rock teeing off in the second wave from hole one, playing with Middle Tennessee and Mississippi State. Durisic will lead off the Trojans with his 8:50 a.m. starting, teeing off in 10 minute increments leading up to Warren's 9:30 a.m. start. Live scoring is available at GolfStat.com.
