Tournament Field
Little Rock will be one of 10 teams competing this week in southern Tennessee and is one of just two Sun Belt schools, joined by Georgia Southern. The field will feature four teams among the GolfStat Top 101, comprised of East Tennessee State (No. 26), UAB (No. 44), the Eagles (No. 63) and the Trojan (No. 101). Host Chattanooga, Central Arkansas, Dalton State, Mercer, Middle Tennessee and Western Carolina round out the 10-team field.

Trojan Lineup
This week's event will once again feature a six-count-four format, meaning head coach Jake Harrington will be bringing six Trojans to the Honors Course. Fifth year returner Logan Pate will anchor the Trojans in the number one position, followed by Anton Albers in the number two spot, coming off a seventh-place showing at last week's Jim Rivers Intercollegiate.

Last Time Out
Little Rock opened the 2020-21 season with a sixth-place showing at the Jim Rivers Intercollegiate at Squire Creek Country Club in Choudrant, Louisiana. The Trojans opened the event with a strong opening round, posting a 5-under 283, before settling into the sixth-place showing. A pair of Trojans finished in the top-20, highlighted by Anton Albers registering his first career top-10 finish by tying for seventh with a 2-under 214. Magnus Lomholt tied for 18th in his first tournament as a Trojan with a 2-over 218.

Trojans in Tennessee
When Little Rock tees it off in Ooltewah, Tennessee, it will mark Little Rock's first event in the Volunteer state since opening the 2017-18 season with a third-place showing at the Memphis Intercollegiate in Cordova, Tenn. This is the first time the Trojans will compete in Chattanoooga, having also teed it off in Murfreesboro in 2007 and 2008.

The Albers Show
Junior Anton Albers set the tone early for Little Rock, setting a new career-best by tying for seventh at last week's Jim Rivers Intercollegiate with a 2-under 214. Albers did not record a hole over par through the first 40 holes of the tournament, sitting at 5-under through the fourth hole of round three. He finished with 40 pars over 54 holes, tied with teammate Logan Pate for the most of the 73-player field, and finished even on the par-four holes.

Welcome Back … Again
When the NCAA granted spring student-athletes an extra year of eligibility for the 2020-21 season, it paved the way for Logan Pate to return for his fifth season in Little Rock and allowed him to continue to etch his name in the Trojan record books. Pate ranks seventh in program history for career scoring average (73.75), competing in 94 career rounds for Little Rock with 32 rounds of par-or-better. He is setting his sights on becoming Little Rock's all-time leader in career rounds played, sitting 24 shy of matching Felipe Velazquez (2007-11) and Luke Bakke (1999-04) at 118.

Welcome to the Show
Last week's event in northern Louisiana marked the first time in a Trojan uniform for the Little Rock quartet of Magnus Lomholt, Nico Horder, Vid Potocar and Hunter Walker. Lomholt (71), Horder (70) and Walker (70) each registered one round under par for Little Rock as Lomholt was the top finisher among the newcomers, tying for 18th among the 73-player field, four shots back of Anton Albers, the Trojans' top finisher.

Moving Up
Little Rock has seen a steady improvement under head coach Jake Harrington in the seven seasons since he has taken the reigns of the Trojan golf program. Inheriting a team that was ranked in the 200s in the GolfStat rankings, Little Rock has improved into the low 100s over the past few seasons, finishing at number 100 in 2019-20, 101 in 2019-20, 102 in 2016-17 and 108 in 2015-16. Little Rock's fall 2019 season was one that showed the improvement the Trojans had made, heading into the break at number 65, its highest ranking since the 2000-01 season.

Global Impact
Little Rock's 2020-21 roster spans the globe as six different countries are represented by #LittleRocksTeam. This year's Trojan squad is comprised of three players from Germany (Anton Albers, Nico Horder and Marcel Rauch) and one each from Denmark (Magnus Lomholt), Northern Ireland (Ryan McNelis), Slovenia (Vid Potocar) and South Africa (Devon Whitaker). Little Rock's two U.S. players hail from the states of Texas (Logan Pate) and Arkansas (Hunter Walker).
