Last Time Out

Â
Trojans at Old Waverly
The trip to Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, Mississippi, is becoming a yearly stop for Little Rock as this is the third-straight tournament the Trojans will compete in. After placing 13th in 2018, Little Rock had strong showing in 2019 with a fourth-place finish, led by top-10 finishes by Justin Warren (T-5th) and
Logan Pate (T-7th). The Trojans were scheduled to play in the 2020 event before the spring season was wiped out by the coronavirus pandemic.

Pate Record Watch
Fifth-year
Logan Pate continues to etch his name in the Trojan record book, looking to move up a number of career charts. Pate enters the weekend with 108 career rounds played, currently sitting tied for 12th in program history and would be tied for sixth at 111 if all three rounds are played. His 73.62 scoring average ranks sixth all-time while his 35 career rounds of par-or-better is fourth all-time.
Â
Big Year For Anton
Anton Albers is shaping up to have one of the top seasons in program history as he heads to Mississippi this weekend. Albers currently has a 71.88 scoring average would currently rank third in program history while his pair of tournament victories has already moved him into elite company, becoming the fourth player in program history to win multiple tournament titles with Daniel Fox (four), Alex Maynard (two) and
Patrick Sullivan (two). He has shot par-or-better eight times on the year with five rounds in the 60s, including a pair of 64s to tie for the lowest round score in program history.
Â
Battle For The Belt
Due to the shifting of tournaments due to COVID protocols, Little Rock will find itself in an unfamiliar position after this week in Mississippi, having nearly a month to prepare for the 2021 Sun Belt Conference Championship. If there is such thing as "home field" advantage for a conference meet, Little Rock may have the edge as the championship will be held at Mystic Creek Golf Course in El Dorado, a course the Trojans have played a handful of times.
