Three Things to Know
- Looking for Top 10
Spencer Cardinal will be competing on Saturday and all eyes will be on his 5K time as he creeps towards entering Little Rock's top-10 charts in the event. His season-best time of 14:59.64 set a facility record in Little Rock and he'll need to run better than 14:52.63 to enter the school's top-10 charts.
- Triple Threat (x2)
Little Rock is fielding a triple threat in the 100m dash this weekend with Cogan DeRousselle, Andre Dibbles and Cameron Jackson all lining up in the blocks. All three are looking for big times amongst tough competition. The other Trojan Triple Threat comes in the women's pole vault where Avianna Trinidad, Tricia Pierce and Lauren Hurrell look to make a splash in the event.
- Bank(s) On It
Ricardo Banks has claimed gold in the 800m in two consecutive meets but this weekend's competition will prove much tougher. Going against SEC and Big 12 runners, Banks will race in the 800m and bring the Sun Belt's fifth-best time with him in his toughest race of the year.
