Little Rock's busy fall season continues in West Lafayette, Indiana, as the Trojans will compete at the 2022 Purdue Fall Invitational October 10-11.

Tournament Information
The 2022 Purde Fall Invitational will be held Monday, October 10 and Tuesday, October 11, at the Kampen Course ā a par-72, 7,465-yard course on the Purdue campus. The 54-hole event will be played over the course of two days, beginning with rounds one and two on Monday with the final round Tuesday. Live scoring will be available at

Tournament Field
Little Rock is one of 15 teams among the field and one of 10 in the GolfStat Top-100, joined by Tennessee (No. 7), LSU (No. 33), host Purdue (No. 45), Indiana (No. 51), Illinois State (No. 57), Memphis (No. 72), Nebraska (No. 82), Louisiana Tech (No. 99) and Iowa (No. 100). The Trojans are one of five 2022 NCAA Regional teams competing this week, joined by Tennessee, LSU, Purdue and Indiana.

New Territory
When Little Rock tees off at the Purdue Fall Invitational, it will mark the first time the Trojans will play a tournament within the state borders of Indiana. It will be the second trip in three weeks to the upper Midwest for the Trojans, coming off a runner-up showing at the Windon Memorial Classic in the Chicago suburbs September 26-27.

Last Time Out
Little Rock captured its second tournament win of the season last week in Dallas, capturing the Trinity Forest Invitational October 2-4. The Trojans posted a 31-under 833 to best host SMU by three shots for the 33rd tournament victory in program history and the 13th under head coach
Jake Harrington. Four Trojans finished among the top-20, led by
Matteo Cristoni finishing fourth at 10-under 206 and
Anton Albers tying for seventh with a 7-under 209, tying a program record with an 8-under 64 in round three.

Going Low
Trojans continue to post low rounds early on the season as the team has combined for 24 individual par-or-better rounds on the year.
Matteo Cristoni leads the way with seven par-or-better rounds, including four rounds in the 60s, with
Jansen Smith adding six of his own with five of those rounds in the 60s.
Anton Albers has posted three, tying his program-record with the 8-under 64 in round three of the Trinity Forest Invitational.

Flexing Their Muscles
Little Rock has made a strong showing through the first three events of the season, notching tournament championships at both the Olympic Club Intercollegiate (Sept. 12-13) and the Trinity Forest Invitational (Oct. 2-4). The Trojans tied for second at the Windon Memorial Classic (Oct. 2-4) as Little Rock has posted a head-to-head record of 36-1-1 through the first three events of 2022-23.

Conference Accolades
Little Rock has already seen its fair share of Ohio Valley Conference accolades through the first month of the 2022-23 season. Sophomore
Matteo Cristoni was tabbed the OVC Co-Golfer of the Month for September after posting a 69.50 scoring average in a pair of tournaments with a pair of top-four individual finishes. He was tabbed the OVC's Golfer of the Week on September 14 after finishing third at the Olympic Club Intercollegiate and was joined on the list by
Jansen Smith, who was named the OVC Golfer of the Week on September 28 after notching a runner-up showing at the Windon Memorial Classic.

Albers Record Watch
Fifth-year seniorĀ
Anton AlbersĀ notched another impressive career milestone earlier this season, playing in his 100th career round as a Trojan in round two of the Olympic Club Intercollegiate. The 2021-22 Sun Belt Golfer of the Year and PING honorable mention All-American sits among the Little Rock career record book in a number of categories, raking second all-time in scoring average (72.52), tournament wins (three) and par-or-better rounds (48) and sits 14th in career rounds played (107), 13 back of former teammate Logan Pate, the program's all-time leader.

Busy Fall Stretch
Little Rock will close the fall portion of its 2022-23 schedule at a frenetic pace, competing in four tournaments in four different states over the span of four weeks. The Trojans will travel to Illinois, Texas and Indiana before returning to Chenal Country Club for its host tournament, traveling over 3,300 miles over the course of those four weeks. Adding in the season-opening tournament in San Francisco, Little Rock will have traveled close to 7,300 miles during the fall season.
