COVINGTON, La. – Freshman
Katja Mueller is tied for third after the opening 36 holes of the Tchefuncta Invitational in Covington, Louisiana. She is one of three Trojans among the individual top-11 as Little Rock is fourth among the nine-team field with a 36-over 604.

Mueller had an impressive start to Little Rock's first tournament of the spring schedule, firing a 1-over 72 over the opening 18 holes. The freshman tallied four birdies and nine pars, posting a 2-under 33 over the front nine. Mueller followed that up in round two with a 3-over 74, going low over the back nine with a 1-under 35. Her 4-over 146 is one off the individual tournament lead heading into Tuesday's final round.

Kellie Gachaga, both of which are tied for 11th individually at 10-over 152. Dawson posted back-to-back 5-over 76s in Monday's round while Gachaga notched a 6-over 77 in the morning round, followed by 4-over 75 in round two.
Sophomore
Viktoria Krnacova is tied for 30th with a 14-over 156 (78-78) with senior
Sydney Scraba rounding out the Trojan scorecard with a 15-over 157 (81-76), tied for 33rd individually.
Little Rock opened the day with a 19-over 303 in round one, paced by the 72 from Mueller, and sat in third place among the nine-team field. The Trojans shaved two shots off its second round tally, posting a 17-over 301, but slipped one spot in the team standings to sit fourth after 36 holes of competition.
Host South Alabama holds the team lead at 22-over 590, nine shots better than second-place Incarnate Word's 31-over 599. Southern Miss (34-over 602) is third, two shots better than the fourth-place Trojans, who hold a six-shot lead on ULM (42-over 610) in fifth.
Tuesday's final round will get underway with an 8 a.m. shotgun start with Little Rock playing with ULM and UAB over the final 18 holes. The Trojans will tee off on holes five through 10 with live scoring available at
