HENDERSON, Nev. – Anton Albers and
Jansen Smith are both among the individual top-five as Little Rock is fourth following the second round of competition at the Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate at Reflection Bay Golf Club. The Trojans posted a 2-over 290 over round two, sitting six shot off the leaders.

Albers registered his 11th-straight round under par on the season with a 2-under 70, sitting tied for second among the individual leaderboard with an 8-under 136. After bogeys on holes one and two, Albers caught fire over the next 10 holes, shooting a 6-under, including an eagle on the par-five ninth. But a bogey on 13 and a double on 16 elevated him to the 70.
Smith had the low round of the day for Little Rock with a 3-under 69, his ninth round of the season at par-or-better. Like Albers, Jansen caught fire in the middle of the round, shooing a five-under from holes six through 14, including four-straight birdies on nine through 12. He is tied for fifth individually at 5-under 139.
Competing as an individual,
Archie Smith is also among the individual top-20, shooting an even-par 72 over round two to sit at 2-under 142, tied for 13th on the player leaderboard.
Magnus Lomholt posted a 1-over 73 in round two and is tied for 31st with a 1-over 145.
Marcel Rauch notched a 6-over 78 and is at 7-over 151 with
Nico Horder posting a 7-over 79, sitting at 9-over 153 to round out the Trojan scorecard.
Entering the day tied for second, Little Rock slipped two spots to fourth behind the 2-over 290. The Trojans hold a one-shot lead on fifth-place Kentucky (4-under 572) and is two shots back of third-place Utah (7-under 569). West Virginia holds the team lead at 11-under 565, two strokes better than second-place UAB at 9-under 567.
Wednesday's final round gets underway with a 10:20 a.m. CT tee time for Little Rock as the Trojans will play with Oregon State and Kentucky in the final round groupings. Live scoring is available at
