Three Things to Know
- Home is Where the Heart Is
Several of Little Rock's athletes will Luv competing Thursday in the Metroplex as the Trojans boast 23 total student-athletes that will get a chance to compete in their native state. Little Rock has 10 women and 13 men that hail from Texas and are scheduled to compete in Thursday's meet against a handful of Texas-based teams.
- Now for Act 2(00)
In his last meet, Cameron Jackson ran a record time in the 100m dash that ranks as the fourth-fastest time in school history. Now he will look to improve upon his already impressive 200m time of 20.89 as he runs in the opening heat of the 200m competition.
- Teach Them How to Say Goodbye
Little Rock and UT Arlington will have plenty in common as they face each other on Thursday. The two schools are both departing the Sun Belt Conference for greener pastures after this year with Little Rock heading to the Ohio Valley Conference while UTA is heading back to the Western Athletic Conference.
