NEW ORLEANS – Little Rock had a pair of players named All-Sun Belt Conference honorees as pitcher
Hayden Arnold and outfielder
Noah Dickerson were both named second team honorees. It is the second All-SBC honor of Arnold's career with Dickerson picking up his first all-league accolade.

Arnold picked up second team honors at the starting pitcher position after being named a preseason All-Sun Belt honoree. Arnold has made 14 starts this season with a 3.10 ERA, ranking sixth in the league, while pitching a league-best 90.0 innings this season. Arnold ranks sixth in the Sun Belt in opposing batting average (.233) and third in strikeouts (81), allowing just 14 walks this season.

The Rison, Arkansas native has made nine quality starts this season, giving up three or fewer runs in 10 of his starts. He is Little Rock's all-time strikeout leader, surpassing 300 in the shutout win of Louisiana last Thursday, ranking 34th nationally with a 5.79 strikeout-to-walk ratio. Arnold leads the Sun Belt in walks per nine innings (1.40), ranking 27th nationally and is second in the league in WHIP (1.03), ranking 46th in the nation.

Dickerson has been a force at the plate for the Trojans this season, ranking ninth in the Sun Belt in batting average (.354), fifth in slugging percentage (.657), fourth in doubles (18) and 10th in RBI (46). He is also the Trojans' leader with 11 home runs as of his 62 hits, 18 have been for doubles with a triple, ranking second on the team with 115 total bases.

The Windermere, Florida native has started 45 games this season for Little Rock, primarily at right field, as in Sun Belt-only games, Dickerson is eighth in batting average (.365), ninth in slugging percentage (.643), seventh in hits (42) and tied for first in doubles (14), tied for first among the team with 14 multi-RBI games this season.

With the pair of honorees, Little Rock closes out its time in the Sun Belt Conference with 43 different players earning all-league honors during its stay. Arnold becomes the first player to earn multiple All-Sun Belt accolades since Tanner Rockwell in 2014 and 2015 as head coach
Chris Curry has now mentored 10 different players to All-Sun Belt honors.

Arnold and Dickerson and the rest of the Trojans now prepare for its final Sun Belt Tournament as Little Rock enters Montgomery as the number eight overall seed, getting set to take on ninth-seeded App State in the first round play-in game Tuesday, May 24. First pitch against the Mountaineers is set for 6:30 p.m. at Riverwalk Stadium.
