BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Little Rock registered a clean sweep in this week's Ohio Valley Conference Golfers of the Week as senior

Agatha Alesson have been named the Ohio Valley Conference Male and Female Golfers of the Week. It is the second weekly conference honor for both this season.
Smith had an impressive runner-up showing at the Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate, shooting a 10-under 206 in helping the Trojans to their third team title of the 2022-23 season. The 206 is one shot off Smith's personal-best and is tied for the seventh-lowest in program history as he closed out round three with a 5-under 67, upping his season total to 10 par-or-better rounds and his seventh round in the 60s.
Smith has now registered five top-10 individual showings through the first six events of the year as he leads Little Rock with a 71.11 scoring average. For his career, Smith has registered a 72.30 scoring average in 50 rounds played, tallying 24 par-or-better rounds with seven top-10 finishes in a Trojan uniform.
Alesson led the Trojans at the spring-opening Tchefuncta Invitational in Covington, Louisiana, placing eighth among the 44-player field. Alesson opened the event with back-to-back 1-over 72s and finished with a 10-over 223 for her first top-10 individual finish of the year and third of her Trojan career. The effort helped guide Little Rock to a tie for fourth in the team standings.
Alesson leads Little Rock with a 74.33 scoring average through the first six events of 2022-23 with one top-10 and another top-20 individual finish. She leads the Trojans with four par-or-better rounds as her career scoring average of 75.30 is currently second among the active Little Rock roster and would currently rank third all-time in program history.
Both Smith and Alesson tallied their second OVC Golfer of the Week honors of the year, also earning the honors on September 28 and September 7, respectively. It brings Little Rock's weekly OVC honor tally to seven this season, joining

Both the Trojan golf programs return to action in the coming weeks as the Little Rock men make the five-hour drive to Scottsdale, Arizona, looking to repeat last year's team title at the Desert Mountain Intercollegiate March 4-5. The Trojan women return to action in two weeks, heading west to Boulder City, Nevada, to compete in the Jackrabbit Invitational March 13-14.
