LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Head Coach
Chris Curry announces the official competition schedule for the 2024 season. The schedule features three tournament teams from last year including Oral Roberts, Arkansas, and Eastern Illinois, as well as a number of regular tournament teams such as Ole Miss and LA Tech.
"We have another great schedule for 2024 with twenty five home games and many challenging opponents. Â We'll open up at home versus Wichita State, and continue our in-state rivalry series against Arkansas, Arkansas State, UCA and Pine Bluff. We will travel to Ole Miss and Oral Roberts which are both successful programs. Â We will open up OVC play against the defending league champs Morehead St., and welcome OVC Tournament Champs Eastern Illinois to Gary Hogan Field. Â SEMO and Lindenwood will round out our OVC home slate. Â
I think our team will be ready to meet the demand of our schedule because our players have been through a Division 1 season and are a mature group.  We hope the Little Rock Baseball fans will support this team both at Gary Hogan Field and on the road and join us for what should be a very exciting season." -Chris Curry, thoughts on the upcoming season
