The Little Rock Department of Athletics is now accepting nominations for its Hall of Fame as it reintroduces the program with updated policies and procedures. After a brief hiatus, the Hall of Fame will return with a newly elected class set to be announced later this year. Moving forward, new inductees will be honored every two years.
"The Little Rock Athletics Hall of Fame stands as a lasting tribute to excellence, honoring the student-athletes, coaches, and contributors whose dedication, talent, and spirit have shaped our proud legacy," said Frank M. Cuervo, Little Rock Director of Athletics. "It is a recognition of those who have elevated our program and inspired generations of Trojans to reach new heights and reflects the very heart of Little Rock Athletics. We are thrilled to bring this celebration back and look forward to honoring the individuals who have made an enduring impact on our Trojan family."
Nominations for the 2026 Class of the Little Rock Athletics Hall of Fame will be accepted beginning on May 1 and will close on May 31. A newly established nine-member Election Committee will review submissions and elect the inductees. The announcement of the 2026 Class will be made in September with induction activities scheduled for early next year.
