LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock Athletics is preparing to salute the extraordinary men and women who serve and protect our community both at home and abroad. Trojan Nation will rally together for two spirited Hometown Heroes events honoring military members and first responders.
Little Rock will celebrate these heroes first at the Wrestling dual vs. Missouri on January 31, followed by an exciting men's and women's basketball doubleheader vs. Lindenwood on February 7— both at the Jack Stephens Center.
As a show of appreciation, eligible military personnel and first responders may receive up to four (4) complimentary tickets to both events.
"It's our privilege to welcome and recognize the brave individuals who dedicate their lives to protecting ours," said Little Rock Director of Athletics Frank Cuervo. "Hometown Heroes Week gives us a chance to celebrate their sacrifice, honor their families, and share Trojan pride with those whose service strengthens our entire community."
The celebration on Feb. 7 will also carry special meaning. Along with honoring military and first responders, Little Rock Athletics will shine a spotlight on excellence past and present by recognizing the 2026 Little Rock Hall of Fame inductees and welcoming back Trojan lettermen for an afternoon of recognizing the program's rich history and tradition.
Military members and first responders wishing to secure complimentary tickets or learn more should contact the Little Rock Athletics Ticket Office at 501-916-3257.
