Trojans Look to Keep momentum Against Tennessee State Saturday

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Fresh off a win over the Ohio Valley Conference's co-first-place team, the Trojans look to complete a weekend sweep of league games Saturday as they host Tennessee State. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m., with the men's game to follow.
Little Rock (6–7, 2–1 OVC) is seeking its third straight win after handing Tennessee Tech its first OVC loss of the season with a 51–44 victory Thursday night.

TROJAN TIDBITS
Destinee Salgado had her best game as a Trojan on Thursday, scoring 13 points and pulling down 12 rebounds - both season highs. The Iona College transfer also recorded season highs in minutes (28), field-goal attempts (15), and field goals made (6).
Jordan Holman led all scorers Thursday night with 20 points. She was 6-for-6 from the free-throw line and added a block and a steal in 33 minutes on the floor.
• Little Rock did not make a three-pointer in seven attempts in the win.
• The Trojans scored 40 points in the paint in the victory.
• Little Rock sits in a three-way tie for third place in the OVC.

SCOUTING THE TIGERS
• The Tigers have lost six of their past seven games. The lone victory during that span was a 76–72 win over SEMO in the second OVC game of the season.
• Tennessee State's other win came Wednesday, Nov. 19 - an 82–76 triumph against North Alabama.
• TSU is 0–6 in road games this season.
• The Tigers rank last in the OVC in scoring defense (79.5 ppg) and opponent field-goal percentage (44%).
• Aaniya Webb leads TSU with 10.7 ppg. The 5-foot-11 senior guard from Omaha, Neb., also averages nearly three rebounds per game.
• 5-foot-11 senior forward Kiki Roberts is averaging nearly eight rebounds per game in four starts across 12 games this season.
