LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Trojan Nation, start packing.

Little Rock Women's Basketball has officially accepted an invitation to compete in the prestigious 2026 Paradise Jam, set for November 26–28, 2026, in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands — one of the premier events in Division I basketball.

Official Paradise Jam fan travel packages — including Early Bird pricing - are now available through a private Trojan fan portal: Click HERE.

Early Bird Paradise Jam
Fans will have several hotel options to choose from, offering a range of experiences and price points:
  • Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman's Reef (Team Hotel): The centerpiece of Paradise Jam. Perched above Frenchman's Reef with access down to the beach, the Westin provides a true resort experience. Limited suite options are available.
  • Buoy Haus (Autograph Collection): A boutique-style beachfront property connected to Frenchman's Reef. Guests enjoy immediate beach access while remaining connected to the larger resort amenities. Availability is extremely limited.
  • Hampton by Hilton: St. Thomas' newest hotel, located near the cruise ship dock and central shopping and dining areas. Ideal for fans who prefer proximity to town over beachfront lodging.
  • Emerald Beach Resort: A more budget-friendly option located on one of the island's most scenic beaches.

Now grab your sunglasses and your Trojan gear - Little Rock is going dancing in paradise.
The Trojans will compete in the Harbor Division, a four-team multiple-team event (MTE) featuring strong mid-major programs. Little Rock is guaranteed two games on November 26 and 27.

"I am very excited for the opportunity for our team and school to play in such a prestigious tournament," head coach Steve Wiedower said. "The Paradise Jam has long been recognized as one of the premier events in the college basketball. It's a tremendous platform for our program, and we're honored to be included."

Director of Athletics Frank M. Cuervo echoed that excitement and emphasized the national impact of the invitation.

"The Paradise Jam is an exciting event in college basketball and is an outstanding opportunity for our program," Cuervo said. "Competing on a national stage against high-quality programs provides invaluable exposure for our student-athletes, our University and the United Athletic Conference. We are excited for Trojan Nation to travel to St. Thomas with us for a celebration in paradise."

A National Stage
The Paradise Jam has a long-standing reputation for attracting high-level Division I programs and serving as an early-season résumé builder for NCAA Tournament teams. Over the years, the event has featured nationally ranked squads and postseason contenders, making it one of the most respected holiday tournaments in the country.
All games will be broadcast live on ESPN+, giving Little Rock significant national exposure during the opening month of the season as the Trojans represent the United Athletic Conference on a national platform.

Basketball in Paradise
Games will be played at the Elridge Wilburn Blake Sports & Fitness Center on the campus of the University of the Virgin Islands. Teams will stay at Frenchman's Reef, creating a first-class tournament environment for both players and fans.
For Trojan supporters, this is more than a road trip — it's a destination event.
Spend Thanksgiving week:
  • Watching high-level Division I basketball in an intimate island setting
  • Supporting the Trojans on a national stage
  • Turning a basketball trip into a Caribbean getaway
Ticket information will be announced soon. Trojan Nation is encouraged to begin making plans now — paradise is calling, and Little Rock is answering.
